Madison County organizations, churches, nonprofits and community partners are responding to the flooding impacting our communities. We have compiled the resources below to help connect those who have been impacted with assistance, and those who want to help with opportunities to do so.
Information and needs are changing quickly. Please call or check with an organization before traveling to confirm current hours, availability and needs.

The Animal Protection League has been directly impacted by flooding and has been coordinating emergency care and relocation of animals. Please check APL's current social media before donating supplies or volunteering for the most current needs.

Turn Away No Longer

Turn Away No Longer has been helping families throughout Madison County affected by flooding and has collected flood-cleanup supplies including contractor trash bags, work gloves, rubber gloves, N95 masks, safety glasses, rubber boots, buckets and mops.
Their Friday flood-relief donation window has ended. Please check Turn Away No Longer’s current social media or contact the organization before bringing donations for updated needs and drop-off times.

Heart of Indiana United Way – Flood Recovery Fund
Heart of Indiana United Way has established a Flood Recovery Fund to support relief and long-term recovery in Madison and surrounding counties.
Donors may designate their gift for Madison County or allow it to be directed where the need is greatest.
Heart of Indiana United Way reports that 100% of gifts to the fund will support local flood relief and recovery efforts.
South Madison Community Foundation
