Ways to create a Madison Legacy
Make a bequest to Madison County Community Foundation in your will or revocable trust
Designate Madison Community Foundation as a beneficiary of an IRA or other retirement plan
Create a life income gift agreement such as a charitable remainder trust, charitable lead trust, pooled income fund or charitable gift annuity
Make Madison County Community Foundation the owner of a paid-up life insurance policy or the beneficiary of a life insurance policy

Name MCCF or an MCCF fund in your will, trust, retirement account, life insurance, or another planned gift.

Complete the Gift Intention Form so MCCF can document your wishes and recognize you as a Madison Legacy Partner.

When your gift if received, MCCF carries out your intentions. A future fund may become a Madison Legacy Fund.
