2017 Fall Grant Application Instructions and Checklist - This is a printable instruction sheet and checklist of requirements for you to use to ensure that you successfully complete and submit all required parts of our online grant application process. (This will automatically download to your "downloads" folder.)

Application Documents:

2017 Fall Grant Application Summary and Narrative - This document is the main application form with fill in the blank and narrative components. (This will automatically download to your "downloads" folder.)

2017 Fall Grant Budget Form - While this format is not mandatory, this form is recommended for your use when submitting your proposed budget. (This will automatically download to your "downloads" folder.)

2017 Fall Grant Applications must be submitted online by 4:00 pm on September 19, 2017. Late applications will not be accepted.

Harold J. Anderson - A catalyst for giving

In 1998, Madison County natives Harold J. and Hilda L. Anderson donated $1 million to the Foundationís unrestricted fund. Although this remains the largest single gift in the history of our organization, the generous amount is only part of the story.
