Madison County Community Foundation Opens 2017 Scholarship Cycle


As the costs of higher education rise, scholarship support to eligible students becomes increasingly valuable. The Madison County Community Foundation, community partners, and thoughtful contributors are committed to helping Madison County students pursue higher education by offering a wide variety of scholarships each year. 

A comprehensive chart of each scholarship and its criteria serves as a student’s starting point in the application process.  The scholarship chart, all applications, and required forms are available on the Scholarship page of the website by clicking on "Scholarship Applications" on the left hand side of the page.  

What you need to know

·         All applications are due to the Madison County Community Foundation offices (33 W. 10th Street, Suite 600, Anderson, 46016) by 4 p.m. Thursday, March 2, 2017.  Incomplete applications and postmarks will not be accepted.

·         Each scholarship has different requirements. Applicants should carefully review specific requirements for each scholarship.

Dickmann Challenge Led Rotary Members to Build Endowment

A few years ago, Charles Dickmann made an offer that his fellow Rotarians couldn’t refuse. He pledged to match, dollar for dollar, gifts of $1,000 to create the Anderson Rotary Club Endowment within the Madison County Community Foundation.
